We would like to inform our customers of a temporary disruption affecting medicine shipments to the United States.
Due to recent updates to U.S. import and tariff requirements, including HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) code updates and additional tariff assessment and payment procedures, international postal and customs authorities are currently adapting their shipping and clearance processes. These updated HTS classifications are also expected to be used to identify and regulate a broader range of pharmaceutical products entering the United States, with additional import restrictions or prohibitions potentially applying to many medication categories in the future. As authorities prepare for these changes, medicine shipments may be subject to additional verification, temporary holds, or customs review before entering the United States.
β³ As a result, All international medicine shipments to the United States are currently experiencing temporary holds or significant processing delays, with normal shipping operations expected to resume once the updated requirements are implemented.
π Please note that this situation is affecting all generic & brand pharmacies, suppliers, and exporters shipping medicines to the United States while they adapt to the updated requirements.
Following similar trade challenges last year, our company proactively covered the additional tariff expenses to protect our customers from price increases. However, tightening cross-border import restrictions and administrative tariffs have made it increasingly difficult to deliver vital health products directly to U.S. customers, preventing us from providing essential care.
We deeply regret this disruption and encourage open discussion in public forums to raise awareness on this issue. We hope trade regulators and the current administration will re-evaluate these policies to allow the continued import of essential medicines.
Yes. Our website remains open and you may place your order as usual.
However, U.S.-bound medicine shipments may be temporarily held until the updated shipping, tariff, and HTS requirements are fully implemented.
You may choose either of the following options:
π³ Option 1 – Confirm Payment & Receive Priority Shipping
You may authorize us to process your payment now. Your order will then be prepared and placed in our priority shipping queue.
Once U.S. shipping operations resume, paid orders will be arranged for dispatch in the first available shipment batches.
βΈοΈ Option 2 – Place Your Order & Wait Before Payment
If you prefer not to process payment immediately, you may still submit your order through our website.
Your order will not be charged, and we will notify you once shipping operations resume so that you can confirm payment and proceed with your order.
At present, we recommend allowing approximately 7–12 additional days while the updated U.S. tariff and HTS requirements are implemented.
Waiting during this period may help reduce the possibility of unexpected customs complications, additional tariff charges, or unnecessary shipment delays.
We are closely following these shipping and customs developments and will resume normal U.S. dispatch operations as soon as the updated requirements are in place.
We sincerely apologize for the temporary inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.
π We will continue to provide updates as soon as new shipping information becomes available.
